Amazing customer service, Milly Randlesome looked after us brilliantly, didn't put on the hard sell but just looked after us, gave us time and made sure she answers all our questions and ultimately ensured we got what we wanted!!! Thanks Milly!! ??

Car went in for service and MOT. It was returned to me the same day so good customer service.

Could not be more accommodating and explained everything in language a car novice understood. Car came back beautifully clean and I felt very well looked after

Steven & Mitch were absolutely brilliant throughout & did as much as they could to accommodate throughout the buying process. However the delivery stop issued by Mini HQ was problematic! Though cannot mark down in any way as was not dealers fault.

I originally booked Stevenage, upon arrival I was told I could not have the service I booked, instead I would have to have the service costing double, no explanation.When I spoke with Luton they were very accommodating explaining reasons
