Tracy kept me informed of exactly what was going on whilst my car was in for warranty work. Even when I said I had no one to drop me off to pick my car up offered to send a taxi at their cost. Also appreciated the small gift she had left in my car.

Overall excellent service. Tracy was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service itself was very straightforward and easy. Also I loved the loan car I was given for the day aswell! I just wanted to say that a service plan wasnt mentioned though

I received a phone call to arrange the booking and was able to get a Saturday appointment, which was ideal for us. The whole booking process with Rebecca Bullbrook was very straightforward and easy. We also received a video showing the car inspection

The most irritating bit was how dirty the car was when it came back. It was messy inside when I delivered it but I'd expect it to be at least as clean as if I did it. The other thing was the wheel alignment issue. The 2 systems disagreed, phone me.

Car left in a worse state than I brought it in - entertainment system kept resetting, after bringing it into Mini, the whole system now doesn't work including the reversing sensors. Now trying to charge me £200-£800 to fix it. Tracy was lovely.

The actual service was great but it was a little let down by the fact that car wasn't hoovered. There was also inconsistency between tyre tread readings (as I went in the following day for a tyre replacement)
