Happy with everything. Maybe the only thing to improve: seatings in the hall. The big table in the middle of the hall is not very comfortable to sit for long time to wait or discuss things.

Rebecca who I dealt with was lovely and a great representative - even arranged for me to be dropped home - nice touch! Lovely person - got a little confused at one point over whether I should have a part replaced at my cost with no guarantee of fix.

I was promised a complimentary car hoover and cleaning. This was claimed to be done. However clearly both the interior and exterior has not been cleaned or hoovered.

I had an issue with the finish of the valeting which was resolved and dealt with very quickly and appropriately.
