When my Mini's air conditioning broke, I had it repaired, but unfortunately, my electronic brake developed a fault after the aircon was fixed. Rebecca demonstrated her professionalism and helped me arrange another appointment to get it fixed.

The wing mirror and MOT were fine thanks. The backwards & forwards re identifying the headlamp or bulb fault & asked to pay £60 just to find out which just really frustrated me. I found out elsewhere for free that it was the bulb (£7.50).

Graham demonstrated straight forward all round good customer service. Professional, polite and not over familiar. Customer focused and takes pride in the service he provides. Also went over and above to provide a loan car at very short notice.
