From my first visit to the showroom I was met by a young lady by the name of Millie . I felt completely at ease Millie made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.she took a great deal of time explaining the features and made the process very easy .

The service transmission warning light and drivetrain warning light came up 2 days after collecting my Mini following on from my service. The service was £525.00 - so was not expecting new warning lights.

When I called the service centre, I was surprised that the only way to make a booking was through a series of pre-recorded menu options. I booked for 8:15, only to receive a text moments later instructed not to drop the car before 9am?!

Find it quite strange that l have to wait 10 minutes for the service lady (who was excellent) finish with a customer while there were 2 sales people standing around doing nothing.
