Jack did a great job of selling the value of the car and also did a great job of calling out when he didn't know the answer. Authentic and honest approach was appreciated. Also super responsive. He did great.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Jack immediately greeted us and advised his name and asked if we needed any help. It was non intrusive and extremely welcoming.

Service from all concerned was excellent,friendly staff with a real drive to provide a service. My issue was dealt with effectively even though it was a double Bank Holiday weekend.Very professional staff excellent experience thank you to them all.

Everyone is very polite on arrival and this continues throughout the service procedure . Each step is fully explained , the costs etc . At no point is any pressure applies it's left to the customer .
